A Russian magazine leaked the Russian government compensated families of armed service members in January 2015. 

Two *THOUSAND* were compensated for KIA. 

3,200 for permanent disability.

This predates Debaltseve.

    Wow. On the one hand, that makes it sound like the Ukrainian army is crushing the Russian "irregulars"/"volunteers"/"whatever Russia is trying to call them while avoiding the word 'soldiers'" over there. I wonder what the Ukrainian losses have been.
