Russia has flown over 4,000 sorties since the start of its intervention and claims it has hit over 8,000 targets.
Putin has ordered the Russian military in Syria to act very aggressively to any threats.
Russia claims its now backing the Free Syrian Army along side Assad's forces. Never mind Russia has hit them many times with air strikes.
Multiple sources are reporting additional Russian Su-34s in Syria. Its a little surprising since this has been common knowledge for weeks.
