Great Britain declined to take part in the analysis of the downed Su-24's blackbox.
Though it doesn't seem to matter much since the blackbox is too badly damaged to read anything from. There are two possibilities here. Either the box truly is scrap or the Russians see the data shows a damning account of the Su-24 crossing the border and don't want the world to see.
Russia is also proposing a set of security improvements for Egyptian airports.
