Segway inventer Dean Kaeman is brilliant, but I suspect he lacks substantive contact with reality. Given that specs on this thing allow 35 MPH, imagine the myriad real and imagined safety issues involved in this litigous, over protective society. And this is after we know that some cities have already restricted Segway usage.
